Clear rules, auditable processes, and separation of concerns between agreement completion and operational rights.
The network operates under defined principles that prioritize transparency, accountability, and long-term sustainability. All node operators are expected to adhere to the published node code of conduct and applicable agreements.
Nodes must operate within the technical, ethical, and commercial boundaries established by the network. Violations may result in suspension or termination following due process recorded in the audit system.
Applications undergo structured human review. Reviewers record opinions, may request supplementary information, and recommend decisions. High-risk actions (approval, rejection, activation) require appropriate authority and leave permanent audit records.
Community terms, node application/framework agreements, certified node agreements, technical/data agreements, and commercial cooperation agreements are managed as separate versioned templates. Investment, securities, equity, or profit-sharing instruments are excluded from standard node templates and require independent legal design.
