Access to XBIHUB and submission of a node application does not constitute approval to operate a node or to use network branding. Electronic signature completion does not automatically grant operational rights.
Node activation requires separate verification of conditions defined by the network operator. Users must provide accurate information and comply with applicable agreements and the node code of conduct.
The platform is provided for authorized applicants and operators. Unauthorized access, misuse of credentials, or attempts to circumvent review controls are prohibited. Final legal terms will be confirmed before production go-live.
