XBIHUB processes personal data under a privacy-minimization principle. Default node applications do not collect passport numbers, national ID numbers, health data, or other non-essential sensitive information.
Account email is used for verification, application status notifications, and agreement delivery. Data is retained according to operational and legal requirements. Cross-border transfers, if any, will be configured per applicable regional rules.
